Built and developed an award winning brand side creative department of 40+, guiding the brand’s repositioning and modernization in collaboration with executive leadership. Led all of the creative for a Fortune 90 company.
• Reignited brand awareness by launching four 360 campaigns in 5 years and launching the brand’s new customer-facing website and modernized branding.
•Led highly successful 2018 “Spend Your Life Living” marketing campaign, a 360-campaign surpassing KPIs with +16% YoY search, +84% YoY visitors, and +400% YoY sales leads. Reduced costs and improved metrics across channels.
• Launched 2019 “American Dream” marketing campaign, leading to + 64% YoY digital leads and a 50% reduction in the cost per lead.
• Developed and launched "American Recovery" a powerful and successful 2020 marketing campaign in response to the pandemic, featuring client testimonials. Achieved third consecutive campaign growth with +37% YoY digital leads, +47% YoY female leads, 97% positive sentiment, 70M+ reach, and +101% field mentions.
•Led post-COVID 2022 “The Great Realization” marketing campaign, securing a fourth consecutive year of growth by utilizing a comprehensive 360 approach, including TV, media partnerships, digital, and a groundbreaking recruiting video resulting in +21% awareness, +7,403% brand social engagement, +79% field social engagement, +46% web traffic, +10% leads, +121% earned media impressions vs goal, and recruiting increases of +1,229%YoY web traffic and +51% YoY applications.
• Created an in-house video and content function, producing over 800 videos, Tiktok/IG/Stadium graphics in one year.
• Led the creation of multiple innovative social campaigns, earning high-profile industry awards including Moneymates which generated over 316 MM media impression in 10 weeks.
• Created and implemented Brand Guidelines across a Fortune 90 organization of 10K + employees.

Partnered with global agency and business partners as the creative lead of the Conceptual Campaign Group, devising and executing innovative campaigns for internationally-recognized brands. Led the Samsung business.
• Generated new business in collaboration with the Sydney, San Francisco, Stockholm and Chicago offices, winning 7 pitches globally in one year.
• Led the creation of award winning branded experiences for Samsung and Volvo, Including Together we Rise featuring Lebron James and the first ever branded partnership with Google for the launch of the new Volvo XC90.
• Established the process for digital asset production for the Samsung business.
