I have a proven record of leading large cross disciplinary teams on client, brand side, and new business efforts. I built an in-house agency of 40 + that successfully drove business results including a 7 point increase in national brand awareness and a 657% increase in leads. And the group became a video content production power house producing over 800 videos in one year. Most recently I reorganized and optimized the creative department of a thriving social agency.
